Sonu Sood is known as much for his acting as he is for having a philanthropic heart. The actor’s philanthropic side came to light during the COVID pandemic when he went all out to help those in need. The ‘Happy New Year’ actor still continues with the good, however, it was halted for over 60 hours recently as the actor’s Whatsapp Account was blocked. 

After complaining twice to the messaging provider, the actor’s grievance has been resolved. He now has access to his messages once again. Read on to know his reaction and how many messages he received in the last 2 and a half days.

Sonu Sood on his WhatsApp Account being restored

A couple of hours ago, Sono took to his Instagram stories and revealed that his WhatsApp account had been restored. Revealing he received over nine thousand messages in the last couple of days, he wrote, “Finally retrieved my WhatsApp. (Laughing emoji) Just 9483 unread messages in 61 hours. (Smiling emoji) Thanks. (heart emoji).” 

Sonu Sood’s WhatsApp Account blocked

On April 26, the actor tweeted, “My number does not work on @WhatsApp . I have been facing this problem many a times. I feel time for you guys to upgrade your services.”

Yesterday, Sonu took to his Instagram Stories and posted a complaint addressed to WhatsApp. He posted, “@WhatsApp Still my account doesn’t work. Time to wake up guys. It’s been more than 36 hours. Message me directly on my account asap. Hundreds of needy people must be trying to reach for help. Kindly do your bit.”

In another story, he complained to the message provider for still not solving the issue. He wrote, “What’s up … WhatsApp? Wake-up!! Thousands of needy people Must be desperately trying to reach out for help. Kindly look into this. The account stands blocked. URGENT.”
